PAMOS offers three levels of service, repair and maintenance. Ad Hoc Services (SILVER LEVEL), Preventive Maintenance Services (GOLD LEVEL), and Comprehensive Maintenance Services (PLATINUM LEVEL). The level best for you will depend on several factors, including the quantity and age of your printers, your maintenance budget, and the amount of protection and peace of mind you feel is best for you. See below for more information on each level.

Repairs usually completed within one hour.

Quick response time - 2 to 4 hours after receipt of service call, and usually on the same day.

Comprehensive range of spare parts down to component level.

Same or next day turnaround time for any printer part replacement.

Free onsite technical support for any printers serviced within the warranty period.

Warranty: 3 months for service; 6 months for parts against manufacturing defects.

 

SILVER LEVEL : Ad Hoc Services

Description and Procedure:
Just call PAMOS whenever a printer problem arises. All charges are based on a per printer, per job basis. Service changes vary depending on location. Call 03-62727607 for charges as low as RM50.00.

Warranty:
3 months for warranty of service.
 

Benefits:
Affordability.
Minimise printer downtime.

Repairs carried down to component level, so no need to change the whole assembly.

Typical Customer Profile:
Small businesses.
Deploy 1 to 9 printers.

GOLD LEVEL : Preventive Maintenance Services

Description:
One round of preventive maintenance every 3 months will be performed on a minimum of 10 HP LaserJet printers at a low fixed cost per printer of RM 30.00 . Agreed-upon schedule by the customer can be arranged to minimise disruption to work.

Warranty:
6 months for warranty of service.

Typical Customer Profile:
Deploy 10 to 50 printers.
IT personel are free to perform more demanding tasks than to attend to printer problems.
Cannot afford excessive downtime.
 
Benefits:

A one-year agreement to provide all necessary parts including 4 times of preventive maintenance per year per printer. Users have the option to extend their contract up to 3 years at a fixed cost.

Companies with large printers like LaserJet 5si, 8000, 8150 series.
Companies likes Insurance, Accounting Firm, Shipping companies .
Companies that outsource IT maintenance.
